With over 8 years' experience, I've had the privilege of working with diverse teams across the finance, property, tech, marketing and creative industries. What gets me out of bed in the morning is the excitement of connecting with individuals, understanding their unique talents, and creating environments where everyone can shine.

My working philosophy is built on open communication, empathy, and the relentless pursuit of creating a company culture that doesn't just exist on paper but lives in the actions of each employee. Second, for a bespoke B Corp agency, where I had a strong focus on contracts, managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding and restructuring employment contracts for employees and contractors based in UK, Singapore, South America and Spain.
