With a combined total of 6 weeks from sourcing to implementation, I was tasked with a digital transformation project to source and implement a new HRIS to fit the bespoke needs of the business.
The key objective was to enable the rapid scale up of the business to facilitate growth and alignment across our global locations into one unified People Operations Experience. I utilised technical approaches such as the creation of user stories and gathered feedback from our teams to best understand their pain points, perspectives and values. The data showed that the focus was on autonomy (self-service), transparency (data) and accessibility (user-friendly).
